The food was very, very good, especially the grilled cheese with mojo and ropa Vieja.Highly recommended and economical place, the waiters were very nice, they recommended the best typical dishes. We will return without a doubt.

We arrived at Manolo's cave on the recommendation of my best friend and son of one of the builders of such a splendid place, first-hand the reception; polite, kind and cordial. Very pleasant location, right next to the table was a specimen of African parrot, friendly and curious, we ordered the drinks and the bread had already been served, we ordered starters; chicken croquettes that were very good 9/10, and an Escaldón 10/10, for main my friend opted for some potas in sauce with wrinkled potatoes and I for a tuna in adobo with fries 8/10 and 9/10 respectively, and we closed with a cheese with cream, very homemade and with excellent sweetness that invites to repeat, and, on the other hand, a creamy passion fruit mouse and with an intense flavor of that paradisiacal fruit, the bill was really balanced in terms of quality - price, and to highlight the attention of the waiters they make you feel at home, and the kitchen staff takes you to grandmother's homemade flavors, really thank you, and with the promise of repeating very soon, congratulations, you are an excellent team.100% recommended

The road to get there is a bit blocked but it is worth it. Fast and polite service, great food and very affordable prices. Plus the place is spectacular.

It's Jesu from my friend Javier's cell phone. The experience has been very rewarding. The goat soup is one of the best you can try on the island. I recommend the tray of sirloin, blood sausage, sausages and chorizo. The goat meat was juicy and very tasty. The homemade desserts to finish the tribute are tremendous. You can get an idea of the quantity in the photos. The natural environment in the mountains and the trees give a touch of charm to the place. The unbeatable quality-price ratio. Finally, thank you for the good attention of all the staff, attentive, charming and fast.
